The different stages of soap making process involves
saponification, vacuum spraying and drying operations. Soap noodles are
either made from OILS/ fatty acids or animal tallow. Fatty acids like palm
fatty/palm kernel/palm stearine can be imported from Malaysia, the cheapest
source in the world. Animal tallow are imported from Germany or European
countries. Our plants for sapnofication and drying needs refined animal
tallow or 80/20 proportion of palm and coconut fats or refining and blending
of locally available oils.
If the soap base is not refined, white color soap noodles cannot be
produced. White colored soap noodles are preferred as any color can be
imparted to the final products. For toilet soap, generally 78% TFM( total
fatty matter) noodles are used. As TFM value decreases, soap quality
decreases. Storage tanks can be designed as per the requirement of inventory
depending upon import schedules and other commercial factors. Boiler fuel
can also be selected as per local availability. Our clients can also make
their own Raw material using the Saponification Process.

We have a long experience and extensive know-how in
the design and manufacture of dry mix mortar plants. These dry mix
mortar plant provide significant advantage of consistent quality,
controlled inventory, savings in time and labor cost. A sophisticated
PLC based control system is provided for enhanced production and
efficiency. Our dry mix mortar plants with silo discharge system
guarantees accuracy at high speed as well as less maintenance. The dry
mix mortar plant layout is compact facilitating considerable savings in
floor space.
Complete Automation based on PLC systems
The entire operation of the dry mix mortar plant can be
precisely controlled through centrally located PLC electronic panel. Right
from raw material storage to final product, all the procedures can be
performed by a single operator. Every stage of production, i.e.
administration of formulas, entry of orders etc., is screened by the PLC
system. We can also offer semi automatic control stations in cases where
labor factors are not a constraint. Customized PLC based systems are offered
depending upon investment and level of automation required.
Mixers
The output and the quality of the mixture largely depends
upon the type of mixer installed in the plant. The specialty additives like
polymers, cellulose, fibers, air entraining agents etc. have to be uniformly
blended along the entire batch to obtain consistency in quality. Different

The Plough Type
This type of mixers create a fluidized effect whereby the
mass is subjected to three dimensional mixing. Choppers are used to
breakdown any agglomerates present in the batch. These power intensive
mixers are fueled by high speed motors.
The Ribbon Type
This conventional type mixer employs helical ribbons to
ensure multidirectional mixing of the mass. Although, mixing time is longer
as compared to plough mixer but the quality of mixing is good. It provides a
cost - effective operation with uniform mixing.
Paddle Type
Paddle type is a highly efficient mixers recommended for
mixing different solids having fine particle size and varying bulk
densities. It provides a uniform mixing in a short span of even less than
than 3mins/batch.
Conveying Elevators
Various types of conveying elevators can be fitted to the
plant depending upon the layout and site conditions. Some of the common type
of conveyors include crew conveyors, bucket conveying elevators, pneumatic
conveyors and dense phase conveyors. All conveying systems are integrated
and linked to the main plant electronically.
