Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes
- Ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards
- Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
- Contributing to the written proposal – both in terms of content and presentation
- Manage the bid budget
- Preparing sales layout drawings
- Supporting the sales team with brochures/videos/presentations/specification data/other
- Provide technical support to the sales team
- Preparing hand over documentation to project managers when the bids are successful
- Work closely with production to ensure projects are meeting the estimated costs
- Ensuring orders are processed and all the project information is handed over to the relevant
- Ordering equipment from external suppliers as required for projects.
- Tracking ordered equipment and providing updates to the Project Managers
Person :
- 3rd level qualification in a related an engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical or Quantity Surveying
- Ability to read and generate AutoCAD layout drawings
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Willing to travel to customer sites, when required
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Passionate, self-confident and willing to learn
